Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. Sign up, name your store, add products, and share your link. Your storefront is live in under 10 minutes.
How do I get paid?
Connect your bank account through Stripe (takes ~5 minutes). When customers order, money goes directly to you. On the Free plan, we take a 5% platform fee per transaction. On Growth and Pro, the platform fee is 0% — you only pay standard Stripe processing (2.9% + 30c).
What about cottage food laws?
We include a guide for all 50 states with annual sales limits, allowed venues, and labeling requirements. But we're a software platform, not legal advice — always verify with your local health department.
Can I take orders from Instagram or farmers markets?
Yes! Use manual order entry to log any order — cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal. Everything shows up in one dashboard alongside your online orders.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You keep everything on the Free plan. If you upgraded to Growth or Pro during the trial, you'll be charged unless you cancel. No surprises.
